Lifts and elevators make lazy people lazier and you should not be trapped into the notion of opting for these every time instead of the stairs. Going up to the tenth floor by climbing the stairs is not that difficult if you put your heart into it and the benefit is that your heart will get pumping exercising your cardiovascular muscle and this keeps strokes away. Be prepared to feel overwhelmed at first but it gets easier over time which is why you should not give in to the temptation of jumping into the elevator the moment you feel like you are taking in too much.
